Wi-Fi at McDonalds?!?

So I was passing by a McDonalds, and I noticed a sign that said "Wi-Fi Here". What the heck? Who would want to bring their Lappy to a McDonalds and conect to a Wi-Fi for a COST?!? First of, really? Who wants to sit in a loud, crowded, McDonalds? And then it costs MONEY just to stinkin' get online? Who would do that? My only thought is some family on a road trip, and they pass by one, need to check directions and dont have a map, or maybe the dad needs to check his email, and doesn't have a Blackberry, so on. I'm just trying to figure out why McDonalds would do Wi-Fi. Popularity? Peer Presure? Who knows? Maybe it's good that everywhere you can find an open Wi-Fi network.

Coffee?

Well, most kids I know don't really drink coffee. Personally, I drink coffee. Yeah, yeah, of course I get a strawberry frap at Starbucks, and of course I love The Coffee Bean/Tea Leaf vanilla smoothie, but sometimes, I really just want some coffee. I'll even go crazy some days and get REGULAR coffee with WHOLE milk! But the big question is, do you drink coffee? Are you a kid? Teen? Or just an adult that has an obsession for coffee? (I'm talking to you, mom!) I would love to hear. Please leave your comments. Oh, and what's your favorite drink at Starbucks?

Hackers. How I hate Hackers.

Well, for those of you who have Metroid Prime Hunters for their DS, then you might be able to feel my pain. If you aren't interested in my love and hate of various video games, skip this post.

So I was doing Wi-Fi play with someone, and it was going fine. I checked the stats, and I noticed he was in the lead with 6 kills. As I was running around and then I found him. Keep in mind this was in the Weapons Complex arena. Well, he killed me with Imperialist, and I looked up, and what do I see? That hunter, with Imperialist, using a Moon Jump cheat. (For those of you who are not familiar with the Moon Jump cheat, it's where you press the Y button and hold it and you float up in to the sky like magic.) Well, I got creamed, BIG time. But I'm just getting really tired of hackers. I mean, when you're using Action Replay DS by yourself, it's pretty fun, but ONLINE it gets pretty annoying. I guess it's going to take a while to get used to them.
